• Event Information: Details about events listed on the Service (most of which are provided by event organizers).

We also work with third-party service providers:

• Payment Processing: When you make a purchase, your payment information (like credit card details) is processed directly by our payment processor, EzeePayments. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. Please refer to EzeePayments' own privacy policy for details on how they handle your payment data.
• Email Delivery: We use Resend to deliver ticket confirmation emails.

How We Use Your Information

Incrementic uses the information collected through QRTick to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the QRTick service.
• Process your ticket orders and transactions.
• Send you ticket confirmations and related communications via email (and potentially SMS/WhatsApp if you provide a phone number and the feature is enabled for an event).
• Communicate with you about your orders or the service.
• Share necessary purchase information (like name and ticket details) with the relevant event organizer for event management and entry validation.
• Improve the Service and develop new features.
• Prevent fraudulent transactions and enhance security.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:

• With Event Organizers: We share necessary information (attendee name, ticket details) with the organizer of the event for which you purchased tickets, solely for the purpose of managing the event and verifying entry.
• With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (EzeePayments) and email delivery (Resend). These providers only have access to the information necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect your information.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Data Security

Incrementic takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We rely on the security infrastructure provided by our hosting and database providers (e.g., Supabase).

You may typically access and update certain information you provide through standard account features if applicable. For requests regarding accessing, correcting, or deleting your personal information held by Incrementic via the QRTick service, please contact us using the details below.

Providing your phone number is optional and used only for potential ticket delivery via SMS or WhatsApp where enabled.

We use necessary cookies for the functioning of the site, such as session management and CSRF protection. We may also use analytics tools (like Hotjar) to understand how users interact with the Service to improve it.
