All staff devices sync in real-time, so blocked cards or balance updates are immediately reflected across all scanners.

Advanced Analytics & Multi-Pass includes real-time analytics dashboard with hourly/daily/weekly/monthly reports, revenue tracking by pass type, and export capabilities. Is it possible to lock a card if it's stolen?

Yes, absolutely. Cards can be instantly blocked if reported stolen or lost. Staff or admins can mark a card as blocked in the system, and the card's QR code/barcode is immediately added to a blocklist. Any scan attempt will be rejected and can trigger an alert. You can also issue replacement cards with new QR codes, automatically invalidating the old one. All blocking/unblocking actions are logged in the audit trail.
