Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QRTick service ("Service") provided by Incrementic ("Incrementic", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

QRTick is a platform that enables event organizers to sell tickets and manage events, and allows users to purchase tickets for events. The Service includes:

• Ticket purchase and management
• Digital wallet pass generation (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet) - We may use this feature
• Event registration and management
• Payment processing through third-party providers

When you purchase tickets through QRTick:

• Payment: All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., EzeePayments). We do not store your full payment card information.
• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details after a successful purchase.
• Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specific event and date for which they were purchased.
• Transfer: Ticket transfer policies are determined by the event organizer and may vary by event.
• Entry: Entry to events is subject to the event organizer's policies and venue rules.

Refund and cancellation policies are determined by the individual event organizers. QRTick acts as a platform and does not set refund policies. Please review the refund policy for each event before purchasing tickets.

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, refund policies will be communicated by the event organizer. QRTick will facilitate refunds as directed by the event organizer and in accordance with applicable payment processor policies.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when purchasing tickets
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials (if applicable)
• Using tickets only for their intended purpose
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting the rights of event organizers and other users

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell tickets in violation of event organizer policies or applicable laws
• Use automated systems to purchase tickets in excess of purchase limits
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Incrementic and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

Event content, including event descriptions, images, and other materials, may be owned by event organizers. You may not use such content without the organizer's permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCREMENTIC AND QRTICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

QRTick acts as a platform connecting event organizers and ticket purchasers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of events, or for any disputes between event organizers and ticket purchasers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
